Shopping with KOBOMO is easy. We know that part of your shopping experience with us will sometimes involve returning an item. So we would like to keep this simple.
KOBOMO purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange of the garments price within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to return an item just post it back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it, unworn and unwashed. No paperwork is required, simply include your name on or in the parcel so we can identify your order when we receive your parcel.

Refunds are for the full price of the garment. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
Please do note that items purchased on clearance (50% reduced) are not returnable for exchange or refund.
