Shipping and Parcel Delivery Information

We like to keep things simple at KOBOMO. When you shop with KOBOMO online we have only a flat rate for all your orders, whatever the size.

Australian Domestic Postage (within Australia)

Standard $7.50 postage on all orders sent Australia-wide. We do wrap and post your orders daily so most leave our studio within 24 hours. We send your orders with Australia Post using their E-Parcel service and you can track your parcel right through to delivery. As per Australia Post's website, you should receive your parcel within 2 to 8 Business days depending on your location within Australia. 

KOBOMO will ship all your items within Australia in a recyclable, waterproof satchel.

International Postage (Anywhere in the World)

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. All International orders are sent via Australia Post International Pack and Track.

International customers are responsible for the payment of any local import taxes and duties that may apply. 

Free Local Pick-up!

Do you shop on the Sunshine Coast? Feel free to call us and place an order then just drop into our Studio and pick up your purchase. Your item will be available for collection within 24 hours of purchase! We will refund you the online postage as soon as you come in to pick up your order.

Our Studio is open for order pickups only. As we are an online boutique we have no change room or browsing facilities available on site.
